The Convention Center Apartment is a fully furnished self-catering accommodation. Rates run from $125 to $275 per night, depending on the season. Spring and Fall are high season in Washington, and summer and winter rates are lower. We generally have a 3 night minimum stay requirement; extended visits can result in a lower nightly rate.
